Below are the instructions on how to terminate your relationship with your current brokerage and request sponsorship with Urban Provision, REALTORS® or Urban Provision LLC the corporation for our brokerage. You will find both written instructions as well as images to help navigate you through the process. Please note, these instructions are only to be used if you have an active TREC license and are currently sponsored by another brokerage.

Step One

Visit the TREC website and click on the my online license services button and login using your email address and password provided to TREC. (see image below)

On the next page, scroll to the bottom and click the same button again.

Step Two

Navigate to the center of the page and find the “Change Your License Information” section

Using the dropdown box, choose “Manage My Sponsorship (Sales)”, then click the Select button

On the next screen, click the Next button

Step Three

The first part of step three will be to terminate your current brokerage relationship, then the second step will be to request sponsorship with Urban Provision LLC (Urban Provision, REALTORS® corporate broker). The images below should be read left to right.

Step Four

The next step in the process is to pay the transfer fee. After entering credit card information, clicking the “Pay Now” button, make sure you click through the entire process until you do not see another “Next” button in the bottom right corner. You may receive a payment confirmation via email, however, you still need to navigate the rest of the process to ensure the request is submitted to us. Once you have navigated the process an no buttons remain at the bottom to keep advancing you through the process, a request for sponsorship will be emailed to us to accept.
