Jennifer Archambeault helped us through a long search followed by a very long, complicated short sale offer. I usually spoke with her at least twice a day throughout the offer process. She was excellent with keeping me up to date with what was going on with all the different factors (i.e…seller’s realtor, title company, our mortgage broker). When our first offer fell through and the seller’s preferred title company was not going to return our full earnest money (although clearly stated in the contract it would all be returned), Jennifer flew into action and our check was put into the mail that same afternoon. She takes on any battles that arise, and, as her clients, we did not have to worry.
