About Jennifer

jennifer archambeaultTo represent clients successfully, a real estate agent needs a wide range of talents – savvy negotiation skills, eagle-eyed contract expertise and the necessary communication that can get different parties on the same page fast and patience and understanding to make even the most complicated transaction go smoothly.  Jennifer acquired those skills throughout many years in the banking and mortgage industry. Her strong marketing abilities, sharpened over the past four years in the real estate business, enable her to showcase many properties creatively and effectively. Jennifer’s flair for understanding individual needs makes her a priceless resource for buyers and sellers alike.

When one is looking to purchase or sell a home, she understands that it takes a real estate professional who not only has the knowledge of the market, but the drive to act quickly and efficiently in all aspects of the transaction. She is a natural diplomat, who possesses patience and attention to her clients important needs, real estate related or not. Her personable demeanor paired with her acute ability to negotiate, results in successful transactions on behalf of her clientele.  She is a client based realtor and is widely recognized by my clients and peers for her professionalism, discretion and delivering a concierge level of service. Jennifer’s greatest reward is being a part of her client’s major life changes as they purchase or sell a home, which usually signifies an exciting chapter in their lives.

“I love bringing people and homes together,” she says. “I take pride in my career, I care about people and I believe you will see evidence of both.”

Volunteer Efforts

Jennifer volunteers within the real estate community, both at the local and state levels.  She believes these efforts are necessary as it allows her to keep a pulse on new technological and educational offerings, stay in tune with Ethics/Legal changes and connect with other leaders within her real estate community.
